Refund Policy

Video rendering and credit purchases are not open yet — nothing on this site can be bought today. This is the policy that will apply when they open.

Credits will be a prepaid balance for rendering videos. Here is exactly when they will be refunded.

Unused credits

Credits you have not used will be refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@producttoreel.com from the address on your account with the order id from your receipt. The refund will be issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Used credits

Credits consumed by completed renders will not be refundable: the third-party generation costs will be incurred the moment a video is produced. If a video is unusable because of a defect on our side (for example a broken file), tell us and we will re-render it at no charge.

Failed renders

A render that fails will never consume credits. The reserved credit will be released back to your balance automatically.

Free preview

The free preview will cost nothing and will therefore not be refundable in any sense.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we will resolve refund requests quickly. Accounts with an open chargeback will be paused until it is resolved.
