Acceptable Use Policy

ProductToReel turns your own product pages and photos into short video ads. This policy says what you may and may not make with it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What it's for

Ads for real, legal products you are allowed to sell, made from photos and text you own or have the right to use.

What is never allowed

• NSFW, sexual, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Anything involving minors in a sexual, harmful or exploitative way.
• Deepfakes, face-swaps or any other face manipulation — never, even with the person's consent.
• Impersonating a real person, or using someone's name, face, voice or likeness without their permission.
• Harmful content: violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism or extremism; hate, harassment or discrimination.
• Weapons, drugs and drug paraphernalia, tobacco and vaping products, gambling.
• Counterfeit goods, or photos, logos and trademarks you have no rights to.
• False or misleading claims — medical cures, guaranteed income, fake reviews or testimonials.
• Illegal products or services, scams, spam, phishing or malware.

How we enforce it

Every text you submit is screened by automated moderation — including Creem's moderation service and our own AI screen — before anything is generated, and flagged requests are refused. We may suspend accounts that try to produce prohibited content. To report abuse, write to hello@producttoreel.com.

Third-party AI models

ProductToReel is an independent service built on third-party AI models for video, voice and text generation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the creators of those models. Generated videos can contain mistakes — review them before you publish, and follow the advertising rules of the platform you post on.
