You pay per video, never a subscription. Every pack is a one-time purchase; the lowest is your first product video for $2.49 (once per account), then 3 credits for $5.99.

Questions
- What does one credit buy?
- Each credit pays for one 12–20-second vertical product video: Full HD export (1080×1920), AI voice-over, burned-in captions and music, ending on a card with its call to action. Render the storyboard you like for one credit, or all three for three credits. A video with an AI presenter costs 2 credits, so all three cost 6. An AI avatar of your own face, for Presenter + product and Product in hand, costs 2 credits to set up, once; its videos cost what a presenter's do, so the setup and a first video take 4 credits, more than the Intro pack's 3. Product in hand is paid per step: 1 credit for looks, stills of your presenter holding your product, then 2 for the video. Hands only is paid the same way: 1 credit for looks, stills of AI hands holding your product, then 2 for the video.
- Is there a free plan?
- Storyboards are free and unlimited within fair-use limits. Every account gets one free preview of variant A, about 10 seconds long, animated from your own product photos and watermarked; paid videos animate the product itself with AI-generated motion. With an AI presenter, the preview plays the presenter's voice saying the hook over their photo, and the paid video shows them saying it on camera; in Product in hand it shows the presenter without your product, and stills of them holding it come with the paid looks. In Hands only, the preview plays your script over your own photos, and stills of AI hands holding your product come with the paid looks.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them.
- How long are my videos kept?
- Your videos stay in your account while it exists, and My storyboards lists every render and storyboard you made; free previews are kept for 30 days.
- What if a render fails?
- Failed renders never consume credits — the reserved credits are released automatically. A looks purchase that made no stills is refunded automatically too. If your AI avatar can't be made, its setup credits come back too.
- Can I change a video after it's made?
- Yes. A storyboard's hook, voice-over and call to action can be edited directly, free. Once your account has bought credits, type what to change under a finished video: you see the new script next to the old one, with its price, before anything renders. The on-screen hook, the call to action, the music, the end card and every spoken word of a product or Hands only video change free 5 times per paid video within 6 days of its render. New presenter lines or another voice need new lip-synced takes for 1 credit, and a new shot costs 1 credit.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request to hello@producttoreel.com. Used credits are not, including looks or a video whose AI result you don't like, so check the free storyboards and preview first. See the refund policy.
- Who processes payments?
- Whop processes payments — we never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars; Whop adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where applicable and sends your receipt.
