- What does one credit buy?
- When rendering opens, one credit will render one 15-second vertical video (1080×1920 export) for one storyboard variant, with AI voice-over, burned-in captions and music. Regenerating a variant with a new hook will cost one credit; removing the watermark from your free preview will cost one credit.
- Is there a free plan?
- Storyboards are free and unlimited within fair-use limits today. When rendering opens, every account will get one free 10-second preview of variant A with a watermark.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits will not expire — they stay on your account until you use them.
- What if a render fails?
- Failed renders will never consume credits — the reserved credit is released automatically.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits will be refundable within 14 days of purchase on request to hello@producttoreel.com. Consumed credits will not be refundable. See the refund policy.
- Who processes payments?
- Creem, our merchant of record, will handle checkout, invoices and taxes. Prices are in USD and will be localised at checkout.
