Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProductToReel (the "Service"), a web tool that generates short vertical marketing videos from product pages and photos you provide. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

You submit a product page link or photos with a description. The Service extracts product information, writes scripts and, when you render, produces videos using third-party AI models. Outputs are generated by AI and may contain mistakes; review every video before publishing it.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person is expected to hold one account, and the free preview will be limited to one per person when rendering opens.

3. Credits and payments

Storyboards are free while video rendering is not yet open. When it opens: videos will be paid for with credits bought in packs. Prices will be shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Payments will be processed by Creem (creem.io) as merchant of record: Creem will be the seller of record, will issue your invoice and will handle applicable taxes. Credits will not expire. Failed renders will not consume credits. Refunds will be described in our refund policy.

4. Your content and rights

You must own or hold the rights to the product pages, photos, names and claims you submit, and you grant us a licence to process them to provide the Service. You will own the videos we generate for you when rendering opens, to the extent permitted by the licences of the AI models involved, and may use them commercially. We do not claim rights in your products or videos, and we do not use your content to train models.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for products or content that are illegal, or that fall into these categories: sexual or pornographic content; weapons and weapon accessories; drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco and vaping products; gambling; cryptocurrency, NFTs and financial instruments; counterfeit or replica goods; face-swapping or impersonation of real people; content that infringes trademarks or copyrights; or claims that are false, misleading, or promise medical, financial or guaranteed results. Text you submit is screened automatically before generation and may be declined. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-generated content

Videos are synthetic media produced from your inputs. Platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube may require you to label AI-generated content; you are responsible for complying with their rules and with advertising law in your market, including the accuracy of every claim in a video.

7. Storage and deletion

Storyboards made without an account are kept for 24 hours. When rendering opens: videos from free previews will be kept for 30 days and paid videos for 90 days; download what you want to keep. Source clips used for re-renders will be kept for 7 days. You can have your account and its data deleted at any time by emailing us from the address on your account; self-service deletion is coming to the account settings.

8. Availability and changes

The Service depends on third-party AI providers and may be paused or changed. We may change prices and features; changes never affect credits you already hold.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost advertising spend or revenue.
